Being certified as personal trainer, he is capable of giving advice on your training routine and providing specific service that meets you request, also improving your performance on games and competitions.
Michael believes that incorporting education and knowledge in his training is the best way for his trainees to improve and understand the rationale behind. Arousing intrinsic motivation has been another focus of his throughout his trainig career.
He is also pursuing more certification about sports and rehabilitation like strength & conditioning and massaging techniques, hoping to provide even more comprehensive services to all who visit.
