Ison graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2009. He worked in a private clinic for a year and then he went to serve the public under Hospital Authority from 2010-2013. During this period, his main focus were on musculoskeletal problems and post-operative rehabilitation. He gained experience and interest in orthopaedic and sport rehabilitation. Besides, he explored into the field of manual therapy and he finished his master’s degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy in Polytechnic University in 2015.
Ison also believed that Acupuncture can help to solve painful conditions and musculoskeletal dysfunctions on our body, he underwent further studies on acupuncture and he is a accredited acupuncture physiotherapist (Honk Kong Physiotherapy Association) since 2013.
After leaving the public hospital in late 2013, Ison worked in private clinic again and co-operation with orthopaedic doctors.
